All products sold on Teddy Bow are handmade crochet items crafted from yarn and other materials. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size, shape, and color are natural and part of the charm of handmade goods. Product images on our website are for reference purposes and the actual product may differ slightly.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched. We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.

Orders & Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Since all items are handmade, processing time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the complexity of the order. Custom orders may take longer and will be communicated at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Pakistan and internationally. Delivery times vary by location: within Lahore (1–2 business days), rest of Pakistan (3–5 business days), and international orders (7–15 business days). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged during transit or significantly different from what was ordered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders for specific colors, flower types, and arrangements. Custom order details, pricing, and timelines are confirmed via WhatsApp before production begins. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All content on teddybow.com — including product images, text, designs, and branding — is the property of Teddy Bow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Teddy Bow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
