How to Return an Item

We assess the issue and confirm whether we will send a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Step 3 — Return
If a return is authorised, follow our packing guidance. We may arrange courier collection for faulty items.
Fair & transparent returns
We accept returns for faulty or significantly misdescribed items. Report issues within 14 days of delivery for quickest assistance — custom or personalised items may have different terms, which are indicated on product pages.
Refunds: once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Exchanges or store credit options are available where appropriate.
Local coverage: returns and exchanges are processed from our Karachi facility. We liaise with couriers for domestic collections when applicable and provide clear instructions for customer-arranged returns.
