About these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of teddybow.com, communication with Teddy Bow regarding an order, and the purchase or delivery of products supplied by Teddy Bow.

By placing or confirming an order, you agree to these terms and any product, price, payment or delivery details specifically confirmed for that order.

If you do not agree with a material term, please do not complete the order. You may ask us for clarification through WhatsApp before making payment.

Using the Teddy Bow website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping, information and communication with Teddy Bow. You must not use the website in a way that damages, disrupts or compromises its operation or another person’s rights.

You must not knowingly:

• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading customer, recipient, payment or delivery information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts, order records or technical systems.
• Introduce malicious code or use automated systems to scrape, overload or misuse the website.
• Copy or commercially exploit Teddy Bow content, photographs, branding or designs without permission.
• Use the website or our communication channels for harassment, unlawful activity or fraudulent payment claims.

We may restrict access, cancel suspicious activity or take other reasonable protective action where misuse, fraud or a security risk is suspected.

Placing an order

An order may begin through the website, WooCommerce checkout or an official Teddy Bow WhatsApp conversation. You are responsible for checking the information supplied before confirming the order.

Order information may include:

• The selected teddy bear, size, colour and quantity.
• The customer’s name and contact number.
• The recipient’s correct name, telephone number, complete address and useful location instructions.
• The requested delivery city and preferred delivery date.
• Any gift note, surprise-delivery instruction or other agreed request.
• The confirmed product price, delivery charge, payment method and payable total.

If another person will receive the teddy, you are responsible for having permission to provide their delivery and contact details.

When an order is accepted

Adding a product to the cart, submitting checkout information, sending a WhatsApp message or receiving an automated website notification does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when Teddy Bow confirms the product, stock, price, payment requirements and delivery arrangement. Advance payment or payment confirmation may be required before the order is processed.

We may decline or cancel an unprocessed order where, for example:

• The selected item is unavailable or has a stock error.
• A price, description or website information error occurred.
• Payment cannot be confirmed or appears suspicious.
• The delivery location cannot reasonably be served.
• The requested delivery time is not operationally possible.
• Customer or recipient information is incomplete or unreliable.
• The order appears unlawful, abusive or fraudulent.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we may offer a suitable alternative, a different delivery arrangement or an applicable refund. A substitution will not be made without reasonable customer approval where it materially changes the confirmed order.

Product images, colours and natural variation

We aim to present Teddy Bow products accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches and manufacturing can cause the delivered teddy’s colour or details to appear slightly different from an online image.

Reasonable variations may include:

• Slight differences in colour tone or shade.
• Minor stitching, facial-feature or bow positioning changes.
• Small differences in body proportions or stuffing density.
• Packaging compression that temporarily affects the teddy’s shape or fur.
• Minor manufacturing details that do not materially change the ordered product.

These minor variations are not normally considered defects. However, a substantial difference from the specifically confirmed product will be reviewed under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Teddy bear sizes and measurements

Advertised teddy sizes are approximate. The stated size generally refers to approximate full length, not the height of the teddy while sitting.

A teddy naturally appears shorter while seated because its legs bend or extend forward. Manufacturing, filling and measurement technique may also create a reasonable difference in final size.

Prices, delivery charges and payments

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees. A product price does not automatically include delivery, special transport, custom additions or another service unless expressly stated or confirmed.

Delivery charges may depend on the destination, teddy size, delivery urgency, transport requirements, peak-date conditions and rider or courier availability.

Teddy Bow may update website prices and promotions. A change does not normally affect an order whose product and price have already been confirmed, unless the confirmation resulted from an obvious pricing error.

You must use an approved payment method and provide accurate payment information. An order may remain unconfirmed until the required payment or valid payment evidence is received.

Delivery terms

Teddy Bow provides standard delivery across supported Pakistani destinations. Selected in-stock products may qualify for same-day delivery within Lahore, subject to confirmation.

Same-day availability depends on stock, destination, order time, payment confirmation, product preparation and rider availability. Website wording about same-day delivery is not an unconditional guarantee for every product, address or order time.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery date or time window is an estimate unless Teddy Bow expressly confirms otherwise. Traffic, weather, courier operations, security restrictions, peak demand, recipient availability and events outside reasonable control may cause delay.

Recipient and address responsibility

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active contact number and relevant instructions. The recipient should remain reasonably available to answer a call and accept the order.

Additional delivery or redelivery costs may apply where a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, unavailable recipient, unanswered telephone or customer-requested destination change.

Large teddy delivery

Giant teddy bears may require compression, protective packaging, a larger vehicle or special delivery handling. The customer is responsible for confirming that the product can reasonably enter and fit within the intended destination.

Packaging, unpacking and teddy care

Teddies may be wrapped or compressed to protect them during storage and transport. Temporary flattening, folded fur or an uneven seated shape immediately after unpacking is not automatically product damage.

After delivery, carefully remove the packaging, gently shake and reshape the teddy, arrange the filling by hand and allow time for the body and fur to settle.

Keep packaging during the initial inspection. Do not roughly pull, wash, alter or use the teddy if you believe a genuinely wrong or damaged product has been delivered and you intend to report it.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

A cancellation request may be accepted before order processing or dispatch begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed after product preparation, packing, booking with a rider or courier, or delivery activity has started.

Teddy Bow does not normally accept a return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind after delivery.

A wrong or genuinely damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The customer should provide the order number, clear photographs or video, keep the teddy unused and retain the original packaging during review.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Financial institutions or payment services may require additional time to reflect the amount.

Promotions, offers and discount codes

A promotion may have a stated validity period, product restriction, minimum spend, delivery limitation or stock condition. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers apply only while valid and while stock lasts.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Multiple promotions may not be combined.
• A promotion may exclude delivery charges, custom requests or selected products.
• Teddy Bow may withdraw an offer affected by an obvious error, fraud or misuse.

Customer accounts

If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity performed through your account.

Account information must be accurate and kept reasonably current. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where misuse, fraud or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

Brand and website content

The Teddy Bow name, branding, page designs, written content, product presentation and original visual material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

You may view the website and share product links for personal shopping or gifting purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, remove branding from, sell or commercially exploit Teddy Bow content without permission.

Third-party services and links

Teddy Bow may rely on independent delivery, payment, messaging, hosting or technical services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for an independently operated third-party website merely because it is linked from Teddy Bow. However, we remain responsible for handling your order in accordance with these terms and rights that apply under Pakistani law.

Responsibility and limitation of liability

Teddy Bow will use reasonable care in describing products, confirming orders, preparing teddies and arranging delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teddy Bow is not responsible for loss caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
• A recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept delivery.
• A delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control.
• Misuse, alteration, unsuitable washing or damage occurring after delivery.
• A minor product variation clearly covered by these terms.
• Unauthorised use of a customer’s device, account or payment method not caused by Teddy Bow.

Where Teddy Bow is legally responsible for a product or order problem, the appropriate solution may include correction, replacement, redelivery or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, civil disturbance, government restrictions, internet or telecommunications failure, courier disruption, supply interruption, emergency conditions or other comparable events.

Where possible, Teddy Bow will communicate the problem and seek a reasonable alternative, revised delivery arrangement or other appropriate solution.

Customer information and privacy

We use customer, recipient, order, payment and website information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, protect the store and meet applicable obligations.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan. Before beginning formal proceedings, both the customer and Teddy Bow should make a reasonable effort to resolve an order-related concern through direct communication.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

Teddy Bow may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, website, payment process, delivery operations or legal obligations change.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The terms applying to an accepted order are normally those in effect when that order was confirmed, together with its specifically agreed details.
